Julien Benichou

Before moving to the United States, Julien Benichou honed his craft in Paris, studying with renowned mentors and earning degrees from prestigious institutions such as the Institut Pibadi and Northwestern University.

Benichou has been recognized internationally for his collaborations with such renowned performers as New York City Ballet and the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra’s Mobtown Modern Synchronicity. He has conducted the orchestra at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris and at the Stellenbosch Music Festival. His performances will soon take him to such prestigious venues as Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center, demonstrating his versatility and wide acceptance in the classical music scene.

Under his leadership, Mid-Atlantic Symphony has reached new heights of professionalism and recognition, collaborating with renowned artists and staging memorable opera productions. Benichou premiered Way of the Rain at Carnegie Hall, demonstrating his high professional skills and cementing his place as a leading figure in the classical music world.

Really wanted to recommend Marichka as a violin teacher.
When I first told my daughter that we would go to a trial violin lesson, she didn't want to go, but I persuaded her that we would just go to one lesson and she would decide if she wanted to start lessons or not.
So my daughter went to a trial lesson, went almost in tears, but Masha in addition to the fact that she is a professional, she within a few minutes could attract the love of the child and the violin and the music and herself. After finishing the trial lesson my child asked me to purchase a violin for her.
